Jerry, I like that you are always the first one. Jerry sent in his reservation form before it was mailed. How did that happen .. I sent it to the committee for approval. I was puzzled how he got his reservation form and none of the rest had. Checking with Peggy, she said I haven't mailed them yet.
What a great time we had this past weekend! How this committee pulled this off, one will ever know. You are great, except for Rod, who missed the picture for the 2nd time (40th also). If I didn't get a chance to talk to you, I am sorry, some of us look different now. Keep in touch.
Hey, day two, we have another member, thats cool but I don't know who it is. I have a request of everyone, if you could put a picture of yourself from 50 years ago on your profle it would be neat or any picture of you if you don't have old ones.
It was really very nice to meet up with all of you. I should have gotten up to the mike and thanked everyone for making me feel sooooo welcome at Whitewater High when I arrived in the States in October of 1960. Although all the friendships and cliques had been formed, all of you went out of your way to make me feel welcome and show me what US High School life was like, not just in the classroom but also after school and on weekends. Petra I am so glad you had some good years at WHS...we were the lucky ones to know you. I still love you 'love of life' and your sense of humor. I wish I could have had more time to talk with you. The night flew by so fast.
Here we are day 5 since this neat blog is here. It's getting a bit lonely though. Where is everyone. Of course it could be that not everone plays around on their PC like I do. I do other stuff too, honest. Like I went to an art showing yesterday of transparent watercolors some of which were almost as good as Marilyns. I would go mow my lawn but it's too hot. Later, I'm going to watch a race on tv. Peace
